County Park Sets Holiday Scene

TOWN 'N COUNTRY - Getting into the holiday spirit is simple at the Upper Tampa Bay Park.
The Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department and the Friends of the County Parks is hosting Holiday in the Park from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturdays through Dec. 20 at 8001 Double Branch Road.
Families can take a hayride through the park and take a peek at a Christmas card lane, featuring 4-by-6-foot cards decorated by different recreational groups. The park's nature center follows the theme with a holiday village, fireplace scene and lights.
Participants can take advantage and get their holiday photos taken and enjoy some hot cocoa or coffee.
