Westchase Shows Off Lights

The gated communities of Westchase will be open Saturday night to show off the best of its holiday decorations.

Westchase neighborhoods are welcoming visitors from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. to look at homes decorated for the holidays. The community recently named the winners to its annual holiday decorating contest and is giving people a chance to check out all the participants.

For the third year, the top honors went to the Campbell Family in The Estates in Harbor Links. The display features 32 houses and buildings, 100 trees, ice skaters, skiers and hockey players.

Twenty-one homes received recognition this year. While gated communities will be open Saturday night, visitors will still need to register with gate houses.
