Chamberlain junior and star defensive tackle Eric Hammond has withdrawn from the high school, Chamberlain athletic director Richard Scionti confirmed.
Scionti said Hammond, a 6-foot-4, 310 pound tackle, withdrew on Tuesday.
Hammond is the second standout recruit to leave Chamberlain this spring. Sophomore James Wilder Jr. transferred to Plant earlier this month.
Last season, Hammond had 75 tackles, three sacks and one fumble recovery. He was later named to the All-Western Conference Football team and Tribune All-Hillsborough County Defensive second-team.
Florida State, USF and Miami have shown interest.
