Grant helps Metropolitan Ministries

TAMPA - Metropolitan Ministries, as part of its effort to curb homelessness, is reaching out to contemporary Christian music artist Amy Grant.
Grant, 48, who is married to country musician Vince Gill, is set to come to Tampa on May 11 for a concert to benefit Metropolitan Ministries, "Bringing Families Home," at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. All ticket sale proceeds will go toward the nonprofit's transitional housing efforts. Look for a story in this week's Friday Extra for more on Amy Grant.
