Pasco County Sheriff's Office detectives are searching for a man who reportedly exposed and fondled himself in front of a 9-year-old girl who was walking to school. The incident happened March 11as the fourth grader walked to Fox Hollow Elementary, the sheriff's office reported today. The man, who is believed to be in his 20s or 30s, was riding a bicycle. He is described as white and bald, with a line of whiskers going from his sideburns along the jaw to his chin. He was wearing a brown, long-sleeved shirt and baggy blue jeans.
