With school less than a week away, parents are scrambling to find out if their children's bus routes have changed. So many people have called the transportation department with questions that others cannot get through. The Hillsborough County school district posted a note on its Web site saying the department had received a high number of calls and for parents to "be patient and try again later" if they don't get anyone.
