Consumer confidence in Florida rose in April thanks to flattening housing prices statewide and news the economy has not gotten worse, a University of Florida report released today said. Another Bartlett brother recently became an Eagle Scout. Will Bartlett, of Troop 22 in South Tampa, was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout at a Court of Honor ceremony at Hyde Park United Methodist Church. His brother John, a sophomore at the University of Florida, achieved the rank of Eagle in February 2005. Their younger brother, Bryan, a fifth-grade Webelo with Pack 22, just moved up to Boy Scouts.
